I think this is hand's down GW.

USC might be a higher ranked school but GW definitely has a stronger presence in NY/DC. I might even prefer Fordham (rank 37) over USC if you want to be in NY. PLUS the fact that you got more $ at GW makes it almost a no-brainer.
