It's unlikely, and even if you get in, scholarship funds would be non-existent.
You should still take the June test, but plan on sitting this cycle out.

When I did this a few years ago, Chicago was the one school that would not reconsider my application with a June lsat, I had to reapply. Other schools may have money, in my case Duke/UVA did after getting in from a June retake. But the plan should be sitting out the cycle and with the June score reapply, but you might get lucky. Just depends.

0L here, but this Mike Spivey post makes it seem that it is possible - http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 7#p9796947

Yeah it's possible, but a dude with a 3.8/potential 170+ should not be going somewhere at sticker or close to it when applying in September with the same stats would yield schollys.

I agree with Spivey's thoughts on this matter.
Life does not have guarantees, but if you have the numbers that a school wants/needs to make their numbers look good as they are closing out their incoming class things can happen.

It will be July already when you get our June test result back.
Do you send an email to the schools that you put the deposit to tell them your new score?
Btw, how many schools can you put seat deposit for? If you decide not to go in August, do you just tell them that you want to withdraw?
Thanks!
