Hi all,
In college, I joined an NCAA Division 1 sports team (non-recruit, walk-on). However, I quit the team after one and a half years during my sophomore spring. While the team was a large part of my life and a huge time commitment (25 hrs/week during off season), I don't want to seem like a quitter or someone who lacks commitment in my application. So I am wondering if I should mention my time on the team in my resume or my application.
Any and all responses welcome!
Thanks

To me, being a "quitter" would be leaving during the season.

You were a walk-on, they're going to understand why you left. If it gets brought up just say that it was too much of a time commitment.
