Incorrect high school information on app - contact admissions? Forum

ARGH. I was homeschooled and my mom just informed me that the "high school" I thought I "attended" throughout all four years of high school I actually only attended Jr and Sr year and I went to a different charter school my Freshman and sophomore years of HS. She doesn't even know the name of it (has to look back through records). I've listed on my apps that I only attended the jr/sr high school. Do I need to contact admissions for the schools I've already submitted?
