Can recommenders see assignments to schools?
Do recommenders who upload a letter to LSAC's applicantreferences site have a way of determining to which school(s) I have assigned their letter?

I don't think so, but I have no idea why this would be important.
Unless you are asking someone to write a letter for a named scholarship at a specific school (or if you have an alum from a particular school writing a letter for just that school), all your LORs should be generic.
