Character and Fitness

Post by starvingundergrad » Thu Dec 22, 2016 6:21 pm

I recently just received a substantial speeding ticket, a 90 in a 55, and it is not a criminal citation. I also have an expunged misdemeanor that occurred my freshmen summer. Will this affect my application to law school? I currently have a 4.0 and aim to take the LSAT this June. Any incite would be much appreciated.

Most apps will require you to disclose the expunged misdemeanor, but not the traffic violation. Just read the instructions on each app and be honest and transparent.

You're an idiot and should be jailed for your crimes.
