Application timing with December score. Forum

Hey guys,

Sat for the December administration of the test. I have all my LORs and supplementary material complete as well. Would it be okay to submit my applications before the score comes in or should I wait. I wouldn't want to get denied because of the school looking at my old score. If this question has been asked before, my apologies.

I was in a similar situation. If I remember correctly, I submitted my applications sometime in November and then sent an email to the admissions of each school I applied to asking them to hold off on reviewing my application until after the December score came in. Each school was fine with it, and I got admissions decisions pretty quickly after the December scores were released.

From my understanding, applications aren't marked as "complete" if you have a pending LSAT score marked in your application. And schools only review applications once they are complete.

You're pretty much right. I've applied to 7 schools so far and only one has marked my app complete despite me taking the Dec test.
