Resume Updates?

Hey all, I recently got an internship as content writer as well as a job as a tutor on campus, both of which I'd be doing during the school year (I'm still in undergrad), and I'm just wondering if these would be worth updating in my law school applications ... I already sent them in. If yes, how do I possibly go about this?
