What are some similarities and differences between interviews for different schools?

Similarities:
1) They're all on Skype.
2) They want to make sure you're sociable and not weird.
3) They want to find out if you're employable.
4) It's structured like a job interview in many ways.
Differences:
1) Different people give the interviews.
