Grammatical error in PS - should I attempt to resubmit?
I used a comma before "and" to connect a dependent clause. Just noticed it. I've submitted to 6/15 schools on my list already, and none of those were my safeties. Not sure if calling attention to it would be worse

Don't resubmit. It's a minor error and for sure not worth stressing about. I seriously doubt that any school will accept or reject you for one comma. Fix it for the rest of your applications and then forget about it.

Thanks. The only thing making me feel better right now is that it was in the very last sentence of my PS. Hopefully they will have already developed the opinion that I'm not an idiot before reaching that point.echonov wrote:Don't resubmit. It's a minor error and for sure not worth stressing about. You don't have to, but it's no biggie in resubmitting.

I had a massive typo that I didn't notice until I sent in 5 applications- to my 5 biggest reaches. 3 of them waitlisted me and 2 accepted me. Just fix it on your remaining apps and don't call more attention to it. I was just as panicked as you are and it turned out okay for me.

Thanks everyone! I've calmed down considerably and decided not to resubmit.
