If the question applies, report it. No one is going to care about one bad semester. Keep in mind when filling out your law school apps that when you apply to sit for the bar exam, you have to submit a copy of your law school application and you don't want to have to explain some stupid discrepancy because you failed to include some trivial piece of information like this.

No problem. I can tell you from experience that the board of law examiners will overlook almost anything you disclose, but anything showing a lack of candor will cause problems far exceeding whatever the underlying issue was. As long as you're honest with the law school and the board, it should be smooth sailing. To give you some idea of how far this can go, a convicted murderer made it past C&F in Louisiana.
