Academic Summary Report Before CAS Fee?

Hello all,
MY question is pretty straightforward: If you submit my transcripts to LSAC, will they go ahead and produce an Academic Summary Report for my file, which I can then look at, etc? Or, do you have to pay the CAS fee before they process my transcripts? Thanks! :)
