reverse-splitter 3rd letter of recommendation

Post by saichs » Mon Oct 31, 2016 8:13 pm

I'm a reverse-splitter with a 168 LSAT and 3.97 GPA.

I know that generally it's better to just send in 2 strong letters of recommendations, but in my case, would adding a solid 3rd letter help?

I would say no. I also wouldn't describe you as a reverse splitter.

Your LSAT is high enough for medians at about everything outside the T6 IIRC. I'm not sure T6 stance on a lower LSAT though.

Sorry, I should have clarified that I'm applying to all T14 schools. So I assumed I'd be a reverse-splitter for some of the schools.

It wouldn't hurt, but it will likely have no impact at all.
