MA 3.79 167 apply or wait?

I've scored up to 175 in timed tests, but I was around 169-171 the last couple of months.

Should I apply this cycle with a December retake or just hold off for the next cycle?

I have Americorps softs and good LOR.

My target schools were Michigan, Berkely, and NYU.
