Pass/Fail

Do schools like HYS or T-14 in general care if you took 1-2 classes Pass/Fail?

My feeling is no one cares, I know that it's reported on the CAS, but if you have a great GPA and it's obvious that you've taken a bunch of classes, I'm sure that the P/F won't even be one of the factors.
