Does anyone have a comprehensive list of schools that offer and/or require an admissions interview? Or can point me in the direction of one (besides looking at each school's site individually)?

This is a relatively difficult one to answer, because there are different ways that schools handle interviews. Some offer the option of doing one up front. Some require it up front. Some require an interview but you have to be invited to interview after they read through your application...

Short answer: stop being lazy and look at the schools you're interested in. Their admissions departments will be very clear about what they require.
