Would i have to disclose this? What constitutes something that needs to be disclosed? Do all schools ask for disclosures?

Some do, some don't.. At least I think that is the case.

In any case, don't worry about a speeding ticket man, lol.

Not a T14, however I had to disclose all speeding tickets for law school applications as well as bar exam application.

It won't keep you from school, but will create work on the application if you have many different tickets and don't remember the dates, ect.

Question:. I don't remember my dates or tickets. How do I go about finding that out?? Thanks! To be clear, I know I have at least 1 ticket in 2 different states.

It seems like all of the applications say something equivalent to "except any minor traffic violations", so why would you need to disclose a speeding ticket?

Contact the court clerk for the courts you needed to go to/mail in the money for the tickets.

You can get a copy of your driving record from states where you've had a license - if you poke around the DMV site for the state it should tell you how (some places let you order online, some want a letter with a fricking money order).

Georgia State, for example, requires speeding tickets

I think this has been stated but just to reiterate: It varies. Read what each school is asking in the C&F section. I think Emory's includes things like traffic violations (but I can't remember). Others will specifically say they're NOT asking about traffic violations.
