Gap year help: Anyone in/familiar with WY?

I'm interested in working/volunteering somewhere like Innocence Project or NAACP Legal Defense Fund BUT will be stuck in Wyoming for my gap year. Unfortunately, neither of the two are located in WY. Does anyone know of any similar places in the area? (I don't live in WY currently so I'm unfamiliar with the area) I'll be living in Cheyenne.

Just google things like "Cheyenne legal aid" and see what pops up. I highly doubt any of these agencies will pay you though.
