Why pursue a legal career?

Post by softmer » Sun Apr 17, 2016 1:09 pm

Since there is so much negativity being spread about the job prospects for future lawyers, I'm wondering why you guys are still pursuing a legal career through law school?

In other words, what makes you want to become an attorney?

Honestly, I think the best way to begin answering this is for you to list all of the reasons you wouldn't want to be a lawyer.

False. Bloody stool is common among biglawyers. It develops shortly after the teeth grinding and eye twitch.

To someday have my heavily photoshopped face plastered on billboards in my hometown with hopes of fulfilling a deeply rooted insecurity.

That is normal right

I should have been less ambiguous - tend to have less external bleeding. Which means you might be dead on the inside, but you still look damn good on the outside, and that's what's really important.
