HLS Waitlist. NO Interview. Normal?

So, I've been waitlisted without ever getting an interview. Is this normal? Semi-paranoid that I got an interview long ago but it got sent into spam or something. My averages are slightly below average for GPA and LSAT, though probably not bottom 25%.
