Is there any harm writing an LOCI before I receive any decisions? I'm just assuming LOCI is an indicator that I'm VERY interested in this school, and will DEFINITELY attend if granted admission. Also it seems a way to keep them refreshed about my apps. There might be a chance I'll annoy them, but then it's not like I'm calling them several times a week.
What do you guys think?

What do you have to lose? Go ahead and do it. It's definitely better than calling them incessantly.

I asked some schools what a "recommended course of action" would be if decisions were taking too long to be rendered.
One responded saying that applicants are more than welcome to send a continued interest addenda. So I would say yes. According to the internet, best ways to bolster your odds would be to talk about what you're doing right now to contribute to your legal career in the future or kind of another "why x" statement.
