General LOCI Questions Forum

I looked at previous posts about LOCIs but could not find simple/updated answers to these questions:

1) Should you send multiple LOCIs? Like once/month?
2) Should you try to get another LOR (if you have been out of school and nothing has really changed...)
3) If Cal says LOCIs are not encouraged, do you just sit and wait?
4) Notified of waitlists at the end of Feb., when should you send LOCI? Now? Or like in April...
