Well they get the update automatically from LSAC, so I wouldn't stress the fact that you haven't heard anything. This is also a very busy time for admissions offices, so expect a little lag in response time.

I submitted my apps to almost every school in the t-14, but I didn't follow up with them to indicate that I was rewriting in February. When I got my scores-- a 176-- I emailed all of the schools with a quick update and an addendum for my December scores. However, some schools-- including Columbia-- have not responded to my email. Do you guys think they will accept my scores for this cycle? Should I call the admissions office? I'd really appreciate any advice or wisdom you guys can offer.

Thanks!
Congrats on that score!! I retook in Dec and sent the same sort of "here's my new score, etc" email to all the places I applied to. Most emailed back, but pretty much just said a nicer version of "yes we already know, LSAC sent it to us and you didn't really have to email us." If you're really worried about it, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to call, but I would believe they have it and will consider it in admissions/finaid.

Thank you! Yeah, that's about the same response that I've been getting. I'm just concerned about Harvard and Columbia ignoring the February LSAT!
According to their website, Harvard doesn't consider February scores in the current cycle they're received in. Not sure if that applies to applicants who are using it as an updated score or as a first/only score (or both) so I'd ask for clarification.
