Without more details about what your exact responsibilities are in your position, I don't think your w/e is going to matter much in admissions. Your GPA and LSAT will determine your results far beyond anything else.
Northwestern definitely prefers applicants with work experience, but that's not going to get you over the line if you aren't in range on the core stats.

I would expect your numbers to get you what your numbers are supposed to get you. No more, no less.

I think it helps set you apart from applicants with similar numbers. It's not going to make up for lower numbers. It's not uncommon for applicants nowadays to have 1+ years of interesting work experience.

The general consensus I've heard is that work experience is a good tie-breaker but won't necessarily make a difference if your numbers aren't at or above the medians for the schools to which you apply. But if it comes down to you or a K-JD with the same uGPA/LSAT, it could make all the difference.
