Schools don't really care about softs. So yeah, that's all fine, that will neither help not hurt you.
Your numbers will decide what schools you get into.
I recommend taking at least 3 or 4 years off between college and law school to work a real job and have a lot of fun and just to take some time to figure out if law school is right for you.
