Silly question, but here it is:

Are admission deadlines for submitting or completion? Am I Okay if I hit submit and pay an hour before the deadline?

Edit: Yes you are. The school I'm attending I submitted on LSAC to at like 11:58PM, payment and all. Some other schools I got offers to, I was a bit bolder (i.e., more idiotic) and submitted past midnight (like 10 or so minutes after). Still went through.
