Just got rejected by my ED first choice. I intend to apply for another ED. Will the latter school know that you had been rejected by another school and try to double-dip now? Thanks!

Why would it matter if they did know? You were rejected by the other school, so you're free to apply. The second school isn't going to be hurt that they weren't your first choice ED school.
