1. It's mould, not mold
2. I would not say you made a terrible decision given that it wasn't your marijuana. I would say something else that makes it clear that you recognize your responsibility for the matter, like, you should have been more proactive about making sure that there was nothing illicit in your dorm or similar. You don't want to beat yourself up so much that you end up admitting to things you didn't even do.
3. I would also suggest that you not put "stop putting myself in bad situations" because it implies that you did a bunch of other C&F worthy things that you didn't get caught for.

Definitely drop the second paragraph. It makes the whole incident seem like a much bigger deal than it was.
