Pick as many as you like:
1. They probably don't care how you calculate your GPA but only care how the LSAC calculates your GPA.
2. They probably could have and should have made it a required field that would have prevented you from submitting without a entering characters into the field.
3. They probably do care that you were careless enough to leave the field blank.
No matter what, it is done. So get over it and submit more applications if you're a go this cycle or die candidate or prepare to potentially not get into that school and accept those consequences.
Honestly, I think if you have the numbers that the school wants, they will take you. But you certainly didn't do yourself any favors, and that is okay.

Whether you left that field blank won't factor into your admission decision.

Won't matter at all. Some students might opt to leave it blank and update with a final gpa after last semester.
