Fee Waivers and Interviews

I applied for the LSAC fee waiver but was denied. Could I still get fee waivers from individuals schools? What are my chances? Should I call the admissions office?

Does anyone have any insight into how interviews are scheduled with schools? Do I contact the school asking about interviews?
