Reckless Driving after submitting my applications?

Post by kangaroo430 » Sun Dec 27, 2015 3:23 pm

Hi all,

I was pulled over by a cop early this morning. I was driving 84mph on a 70mph Interstate Highway(Virginia is notorious for speeding ticket). I was accused for a misdemeanor(due to reckless driving) and summoned to court this January. I have pretty much submitted all my applications a few weeks ago, and I had no C&F issues when I submitted the applications.

What should I do in this case? I am pretty confident that I can have it dismissed as an infraction or something(I will be hiring a traffic attorney and I have no criminal record) Should I report now or wait till the court stuff is over? I mean I was not lying or hiding when I submitted my applications. Thanks very much!

It shouldn't be a big deal. Just contact admissions. I had a reckless driving in VA too (81 mph) and it didn't hurt me.
