I submitted a PS to a school that requires this and forgot to put it on. Fortunately, I read the instructions more carefully for another school and only one I have applied to requires this.
Should I email admissions with an amended PS and apologize for the oversight?

I think they just require that to make the filing easier, not because it makes a serious difference in the decision itself. I'd call on Monday and ask, though. Better safe than sorry.
