I'm KJD and Columbia just asked me for my fall grades. This includes updating on LSAC. I'm not too pleased with how my grades are turning out, but obviously I will need to send to them. My question is that if I update for them will it be updated for all other schools too??

Yes, an updated CAS report is sent to every school whenever an updated transcript is received and/or LSAT score is reported.

I don't think my grades will be that bad but schools wouldn't go back and take away offers right?

Not unless you failed a bunch of classes or something really atrocious. If within +\- .1 I dont think you have anything to worry about. Probably even more
