I applied ED, and in the email saying that I wasn't accepted ED I was told that my app is being very carefully considered and has been moved to RD. I expected as much, because the ED program was full scholarship.

I'm just curious - they say it's being carefully considered to everyone whose ED app is deferred to RD, right? I'd love to think that phrasing in the email meant something, but I'm 99% sure it doesn't.
