Addendum Question Forum

I left a chemistry PhD program early without getting a masters degree, which is fairly atypical.

Will most people on law school admissions committees be aware of this abnormality and be looking for an explanation? Is this the sort of thing I should write an addendum for?

I don't think NOT explaining that would necessarily hurt you.

But as a reader, I WOULD wonder what happened and why you decided to change tracks. I'd guess the addendum wouldn't need to be longer than 1/2 a page unless it's some super-long, convoluted reason.
