Hello guys, I have already submitted my apps and already received some acceptances, but I had a lingering question.
In my freshman year in college, i was pulled over for speeding in a different state, but the cop gave me just a warning and let me go. He wrote me a ticket for his reference purposes, but he said this wasn't official and it won't go on my record. I never had to go to court or pay a fine. I recently checked my driving record just to make sure and I didn't find anything about this incident.
The C&F question from my apps say: EXCLUDING ONLY PARKING VIOLATIONS, have you ever been detained, arrested, formally accused, cited or prosecuted for the violation of any law (including ALL traffic citations, such as speeding, reckless driving, running a red light or stop sign, failure to yield, etc.)? You must disclose each instance, even if the charges were dismissed; you were acquitted; you pled nolo contendere;adjudication was withheld; your conviction was reversed, set aside, or vacated; or the record was sealed or expunged.
The wording saying formally accused had me a little paranoid and confused. Would this be something I have to amend and disclose?
Thanks!

Is this Minnesota? Iirc they have that wording. Just amend to put your nerves at ease so you can sleep. They aren't going to reject you for a traffic warning.
