is it normal for transcripts to take forever

to arrive to LSAC?

I ordered one Thursday Nov 12...has not arrived. Another one from another school Nov 13..has not arrived.

Yes. It could take your registrar's office 5-10 days to process, then 5 days of mail time, then a few days on LSAC's part to convert it.

That's potentially 15 business days before LSAC gets it.

Stay on top of your school. I had a nightmarish, month-long fight with an out of state community college that I'd attended a few years before applying. It was awful, and stressed me to the max for weeks. Just be sure you know the status of things on your end.
