Decision status date change
It seems as if decision date changes on status checkers are fairly common while an application is in review, but is there any consensus on what this means? Is it thought to be a good or bad sign?

95% of the time, it literally just means it's being reviewed.

It's been marked as under review for a while, but today the status date changed to today.rnoodles22 wrote:95% of the time, it literally just means it's being reviewed.

Use the search function and see if the school you're referring to has any notable patterns wrt status changes. I think there was a thread called what to expect when you're expecting or something.

There's a thread that's called something like "What to expect when your expecting" or whatever. It has most schools detailed on there and what everything means. But, really, most of the time the changes are just there to let you know you're being reviewed.splitterfromhell wrote:It's been marked as under review for a while, but today the status date changed to today.rnoodles22 wrote:95% of the time, it literally just means it's being reviewed.
Edit: Just saw the poster above linked the thread. Just use that, OP.
