How long does it take to process electronic letter of rec? Forum

On LSAC for my rec letters it says 'Requested but not acknowledged by recommender'. Will this status change once they upload the letter so I know it was received? Both my recommenders are uploading it directly online, and not mailing it in. Once they upload it how long until its processed? I have a deadline by Nov. 15 and am worried my letters won't be processed in time...

You'll get two emails from LSAC, one that says it's been received/submitted and one that says it's been processed. I submitted one of my apps before I got that second processing email and everything went through correctly.

cool thanks guys! If I'm applying early decision to a school and I submit my app in time but my letters are a day or so late do y'all think thats ok? I told my profs my deadline was Nov. 15 but they still haven't gotten their letters in...
