What is going on with my LOR?
My second LOR still hasn't shown up on LSAC. My recommender says he sent it (via mail) on/around October 22nd at the same time as another students. He says that the other students showed up already. I called LSAC and they said if it isn't there by tomorrow then call them back, but what are they going to do if it still isn't there. This is the only thing I'm waiting on to send out my applications and it keeps getting later in the cycle. Any advice?

You could emai them if your recommender is OK.joeycxxxx09 wrote:My second LOR still hasn't shown up on LSAC. Yes, I did all mine this way. There is a digital option. it sends some sort of verification to your prof who then sends it via some sort of secure online portal (don't know that end, as I am not the prof who sent them obviously). But they worked without any issues and were received very quickly by LSAC.

I mean, people here seem to fret about recommendation letters all the time, but in the end all are fine. Your letter will show up soon and they will make your CAS fee worth it. Just do as they tell you and relax.
And no, I don't think they accept recommendation letters through email. Profs can submit online but they need to register/activate their accounts with LSAC to upload letters.
