From what I've read it shouldn't be a huge deal, I know people who had little trouble getting in with a DUI. I think the bar is where this stuff can come back to bite you if you don't own up to it now.

It might be best to contact one of the law schools you are applying to or the site in which you are submitting your application and asking whether it is necessary to include that in an explanation. If it is something to disclose, you may always explain it further in your supplemental application.

Please keep in mind, admissions committees look at several factors such as a student’s GPA, LSAT scores, extra curricular involvements, letters of recommendation, resume/CV and personal statement. Just be sure to have a solid and strong application.
