Ask somebody at your undergraduate institution (an advisor, a dean of students, etc). I had a friend who received a "warning," or something of that nature, from a disciplinary committee for some sort of prank he pulled that was deemed disruptive. He applied to law school and, when he asked his undergraduate school about disclosing his warning, they instructed him not to disclose because that warning (or whatever it was called) was very minor and had been sealed/expunged/etc.

If you had a disciplinary warning for drinking in your dorm or something, I would say just disclose because it's safe and nobody is going to care. But anything regarding cheating could be met with serious concern, so I would check to make sure this is something to disclose. But definitely don't assume anything. You have to error on the side of caution with C&F issues.

You may contact your current university, law schools you are interested in applying to or the site in which you are submitting your application and ask what the protocol is for this type of situation. It may not be necessary, but it is better to be safe than sorry. Please note that it is something that likely needs to be disclosed when you complete the Moral Character application to the bar association.
