Dec LSAT or Feb LSAT

So I will be retaking LSAT in Dec or Feb, and I want to go to LS in 201 fall.

The fact is I been really busy, internship, work and school left me not much time to study for LSAT. I am wondering would it be horrible if I apply after Feb LSAT, if my goal is to T14-T40 schools.

Any advice help

You shouldn't take the LSAT before you are ready. Often being too busy during UG lends itself to the idea of taking a year off and studying for the LSAT post-grad. Get some WE and kill the LSAT. Only take it when you're fully ready.
