Yep, as others have said, that's a fee waiver code that you enter at checkout. I've actually solicited a lot of fee waivers and have only gotten this kind of response once, from Emory. Seemed unprofessional, but to be quite honest I couldn't care less - it's a fee waiver, the guy who sent it is in my book of buddies.

What can I say, I'm pretty cheap to befriend. :lol:
