Pick a test center more than 120 miles away?

DO NOT go with plan of transferring. Law classes are on a forced curve and very unpredictable. Unlike undergrad you can't just work hard and expect an A.

Score higher or don't pursue law school.

Idk the deadlines, but have you looked into the nonpublished test centers? I was looking today and they had some requirement that to request one you had to be 100 miles from the nearest (available?) test center. Might be worth a check if you haven't already

Book a hotel room where you can take it.

Going with intent to transfer is a terrible idea

This is a decent option.
