Admissions Chances
So I just got back my October LSAT score, and got a 165. I have a 3.96 GPA from a Top 20 undergraduate school, have studied abroad at Oxford, have already published academic work, and know 2 foreign languages. My top schools are Duke, UPenn, and NYU. Do I have a chance with my LSAT score? Will my other factors balance it out?

Underrepresented minority. This includes native american, african american, mexican american, and puerto rican. Other racial minorities are not considered underrepresented and don't get a boost.BCMlawapplicant wrote:What is a URM?

Then I would say it's a long shot. Most applicants with your numbers who were not URM were waitlisted at those schools.BCMlawapplicant wrote:Oh, URM, Under-Represented Minority? No
You should retake in December.
(Even if you are admitted, you should retake for scholarship purposes. Scholarship $ with a below median LSAT is very unlikely).
