I have searched for an answer but have not been able to find one. I have 2 speeding tickets (6 years ago) that I need to disclose. Is there a specific format that this should be written in? Do you explain anything afterwards, like I understand I was a bad boy but..... or do you just state the facts in a paragraph and let it fly?

So long as the officer didn't find anything unusual in your trunk, then just share the date & location of the speeding tickets along with the outcome (e.g. paid a fine, sentenced to community service, dismissed, etc.).
