Question re: Listing other schools on application

Post by bobkat12 » Thu Oct 08, 2015 1:28 pm

Is it in an applicant's interest or not to respond to the optional question in the application(s) that asks for the names of the other law schools to which one is applying?

It won't make the slightest bit of difference. It's just for law schools to figure out their competition. It won't affect how they view your application.

Listing what schools you are applying to should not have a negative impact on your application. Of course, it is optional, but its purpose may be to see what are the other competitive schools students are applying to.

Best of luck!
