Should you put your LSAC number?

Should all your documents have your LSAC number on them?

The way my heading looks right now on eery document except my resume

"Personal Statement LSAC Account Number:12345678 LastName 1"

Is good?

Just put the number not the "LSAC ACCOUNT NUMBER" part
