Scholarship?
Do law schools have deadlines for scholarship consideration, or are you automatically considered when you apply regular/early decision?

You will need to check the policy for each school you are applying to. The standard practice is to automatically consider during application.

I'll just add that the variation by school will oftentimes be apparent in the app on LSAC, in which they sometimes basically ask "do you wish to be considered for x, y, or z scholarships?", and same for fellowships.

Re: Scholarship?
Many schools include their financial aid considerations when they notify you of acceptances. Some accept you quickly, but then hash out the scholarships over the next few weeks.
If you have any questions, you can email the admissions office, thank them graciously for accepting you and then ask the timeline for scholarship considerations.
